Booking cancellation
Until 15. June 2011
If you cancel your booking until 15. June 2011 we will only charge you a deposit of 70,-- EUR and you will get back the rest of your participation fees.
Until 31. July 2011
If you cancel your booking between 16. June and 31. July 2011 you get back 50% of your participation fees unless 50% of your participation fees is less than the deposit of 70,-- EUR. In this case you get only the rest of your fees minus the deposit of 70,-- EUR.
After 31. July 2011
If you cancel your booking after 31. July no refund is possible any more.
